Our expanding Wellesley MA office is looking for a professional who has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys an inside sales position which includes extensive time on the phone speaking to customers. The goal of the position is to expand our business within our existing customers and develop leads and new business within our niche industry. This will be accomplished through account development, account management and placement of professionals.

Candidates must have a four year college degree and at least 2 years of professional work experience. The base salary range depends on overall business experience.  This individual should see continued income growth throughout their career at Henry Elliott .

The job description entails staying in touch with our existing and potential clients and developing new business. Will also locate and place contract and permanent professionals within the M/Cache Database Technology and Healthcare I.T. industry. Will also assist with responding to RFP's and involvement in marketing and advertising efforts. This includes attending two annual industry conferences.

We will provide hands on training and support for this role to optimize success. Must have a 4 year degree and have worked in a professional office environment with a traditional 8-9 hour per day work schedule on site. This person must be creative, possess a high energy level and be highly motivated. This professional must have strong interpersonal skills, be self starting, enjoy working in an office setting and being on the phone. If someone has worked in an inside customer support, sales support, account development role with a four year degree they will be a strong candidate.
